Our artists are busy and are sharing their work far and wide. We congratulate them on their many successes!

Mariana Concha received a third place award at the September FCCA exhibit entitled "Textures." Congratulations, Mariana!

Pete Brown had a solo exhibit "Painting on the Edge of Reality" at FCCA in July. Congratulations on a wonderful exhibit!

Christy Rappoport and Karen O'Donnell had work hanging at FCCA in the group exhibit entitled "Freedom and Color" during July. Both received honorable mentions from the exhibit judge - Congratulations!

Ginny McCluskey is now showing her work along with 5 other artists at Canal Quarters Arts in Fredericksburg. Stop in and see her work!

BJ Elvgren has 3 of her paintings on exhibit for 6 months at the Ironclad Inn in Fredericksburg (formerly the Kenmore Inn). Well done, BJ!

Thirteen LOW Arts members participated in the annual Fine Art Show in Fredericksburg held March 20-22, 2026. Good News! Catherine Hillis who took 1st Place awards in both Watercolor and Mixed Media. Daria Bessom received a 2nd Place award in Pastels and Karen O'Donnell received an Honorable Mention for her photography. Ginny McCluskey received a Special Award for her stunning painting of a fox. Congratulations to all!

Catherine Hillis provided our LOW Arts members with a truly memorable, informative and entertaining critique session at our August meeting.
